Choosing Training Begins with Your Starting Point
The right training is not necessarily the most advanced. It is the training that suits your previous experience, personal objective and the pace at which you can learn safely. A good match helps you arrive calmly and build a foundation for continued progress.
Orientation Training
Suitable for anyone who is starting out, has not yet participated in structured training or wants to revisit the fundamentals at an individual pace. The emphasis is on becoming familiar with the training environment, listening to the briefing and building confidence gradually.
Refresher Training
Suitable for experienced participants who want to return to practice after a break, reinforce good habits and receive feedback from an instructor. Even an experienced trainee can benefit from a structured return to the fundamentals before increasing the challenge.
Advanced Track
Suitable for someone who already demonstrates consistent control, knows the training framework and is ready for a more demanding continuation programme. Placement is based on experience, goals and the instructor's assessment — not merely the number of sessions already completed.
Koach Hatzafon's Traffic-Light Programme
The programme follows a gradual progression:
- Red: Fundamentals and building the correct foundation.
- Orange: Strengthening control and accuracy.
- Green: Integrating skills and completing a final assessment.
Anyone who has already completed parts of the programme can note this in the registration questionnaire. For private training, it is important to state your experience level and primary objective.
How Do You Choose Correctly?
Before registering, ask yourself:
- When did I last participate in structured training?
- What is my current level of experience?
- What would I like to improve?
- Do I prefer a group setting or individual guidance?
- Is there a subject that still feels unsafe or unclear?
You do not need to decide alone. The Koach Hatzafon team and the instructor can help identify a suitable starting point and suggest a path for continued progress.
