Koach Hatzafon Members Club and Membership Plans

Under the club terms, membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Participation in specific activities is subject to their requirements, including a valid licence, documents or prior training where required.

Compare the plans, read the club terms and contact the team through the Contact page or on WhatsApp at +972 52-6680302. State that you are interested in club membership and name the requested plan. Confirm its price, membership period and benefit terms before joining.

Section 4 of the club terms specifies a membership period based on the purchased plan, lasting at least 12 months from joining or renewal. Paid membership is not renewed automatically without explicit consent. Confirm the membership period and billing schedule for your requested plan before joining.

Under section 11 of the club terms, send a written request to info@koach-hatzafon.co.il or via WhatsApp at +972 52-6680302. Refund conditions depend on the plan, cancellation date, benefits used and applicable law. Cancelling membership does not necessarily cancel a separate activity registration or purchase.

Review the relevant benefit and plan details. Before redemption, confirm eligibility, validity, availability, restrictions and whether discounts may be combined with the benefit provider. Membership does not guarantee a place in an activity or a particular benefit unless explicitly stated.

The membership card and membership status are available in the personal area once membership has been activated. If details are missing or incorrect, contact the team for assistance. The card is personal and non-transferable.
