1.2. Registration for an Activity, payment, or actual participation constitutes confirmation that the Participant has read these Terms and Conditions, understood their provisions, and agreed to them.
1.3. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall apply in addition to the specific terms published in relation to each training session or training program.
1.4. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and mandatory provisions of applicable law, the provisions of applicable law shall prevail.

## 3. Registration and Approval of Participation
3.1. Registration for an Activity shall be completed through the community website, a digital form, a payment link, WhatsApp, telephone, or any other means made available by Division Management.
3.2. Completing a registration form alone does not guarantee a place in the Activity.
3.3. Registration shall be deemed approved only after:
- provision of the required details;
- payment in full, unless otherwise approved;
- receipt of registration confirmation from Division Management;
- compliance with the Activity requirements and the licensing requirements.
3.4. The number of places in each Activity is limited. Once registration is approved, an individual place is reserved for the Participant, which may prevent another Participant from registering.
3.5. Management may establish prerequisites for participation, including a valid license, prior experience, a minimum age, appropriate equipment, professional competence, or participation in a preliminary training session.
3.6. Management may decline to approve a registration if the Participant does not meet the Activity requirements, if the group is full, or for professional, safety-related, or legal reasons.
3.7. A Participant undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date details. The provision of incorrect information may result in cancellation of the registration or denial of participation.
## 4. Eligibility and Licensing
4.1. Participation in an Activity involving the use of a firearm is conditional upon presentation of a valid firearm license and identification, where required.
4.2. Before registering, the Participant is responsible for verifying that they are legally permitted to participate in the Activity and to use the firearm in their possession.
4.3. Participation in an Activity does not constitute a substitute for licensing, training, refresher training, or any other requirement prescribed by law.
4.4. Management, the manager of the Shooting Range, or the Instructor may require the presentation of additional documents as a condition of participation.
4.5. A Participant who fails to present the required documents or whose license is not valid shall not be permitted to participate. In such a case, no refund shall be provided, subject to applicable law.
## 5. Health Declaration and Personal Fitness
5.1. The Participant declares that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the Activity for which they registered.
5.2. A Participant who has a medical limitation, injury, or other condition that may affect their participation is required to notify Management in advance and to act in accordance with the instructions of a qualified medical professional.
5.3. Participation in an Activity while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medications that impair alertness, or any other substance that may impair judgment or reaction time is strictly prohibited.
5.4. Management or the Instructor may deny participation to any person where there is reasonable concern that the person is not fit to participate safely.
5.5. Denial of participation due to unfitness, failure to disclose relevant information, or arrival under the influence of a prohibited substance shall not entitle the Participant to a refund.
## 6. Safety and Conduct Rules
6.1. The safety of Participants, Instructors, and all persons present is a fundamental condition of participation in any Activity.
6.2. The Participant undertakes to comply fully and immediately with the instructions of the manager of the Shooting Range, the Instructors, the safety staff, and Division Management.
6.3. No firearm may be taken out, loaded, unloaded, handled, or otherwise used unless authorized and done in accordance with the instructions of the Instructor and the manager of the Shooting Range.
6.4. No firearm, ammunition, or equipment that is unlawful, defective, or unsuitable for the Activity may be brought into the Activity area.
6.5. No action, drill, or movement may be performed unless explicit instruction to do so has been given.
6.6. Use of a telephone, photography or recording, conversation, or any other action that may cause distraction shall be permitted only with staff approval and in designated areas.
6.7. The Instructor or manager of the Shooting Range may immediately terminate the participation of a Participant who:
- violates a safety instruction;
- behaves in a dangerous or inappropriate manner;
- fails to comply with staff instructions;
- endangers themselves or another person;
- disrupts the proper conduct of the Activity;
- fails to meet the licensing or fitness requirements.
6.8. A Participant whose participation has been terminated due to a violation of safety rules, discipline, or staff instructions shall not be entitled to a refund or compensation.
## 7. Firearms, Ammunition, and Personal Equipment
7.1. Unless otherwise stated, the Participant is responsible for arriving with a lawful personal firearm in proper working order, a valid license, identification, and any equipment required in the Activity announcement.
7.2. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the firearm and personal equipment are in proper working order.
7.3. The required quantity of ammunition shall be announced in advance. The Participant must arrive with lawful, serviceable ammunition that is suitable for their firearm.
7.4. Where ammunition is supplied by the Shooting Range or as part of the Activity, its supply shall be subject to stock availability, the Shooting Range's terms, and applicable law.
7.5. A Participant who arrives without the required quantity of ammunition or the required equipment may be unable to complete all of the training drills.
7.6. The Division does not undertake to provide replacement equipment, replacement ammunition, or a replacement firearm unless expressly stated.
7.7. Management may prohibit the use of equipment found to be defective, unsuitable, or dangerous.
## 8. Prices and Payment
8.1. The price of the Activity shall be displayed in the announcement, on the registration form, or in a notice provided to the Participant.
8.2. The price may vary according to the type of Activity, the number of sessions, the quantity of ammunition, the Shooting Range, the Instructor, the membership plan, and the available benefits.
8.3. A place in an Activity shall be reserved only after the payment requirements have been satisfied and registration confirmation has been received.
8.4. If the price does not include ammunition, Shooting Range fees, equipment, firearm rental, or any other expense, this shall be stated in the Activity details.
8.5. Discounts or benefits may not be combined unless Management has expressly approved this.
## 9. Cancellation, Refund, and Postponement Policy
9.1. The number of places in each Activity is limited, and each approved registration reserves an individual place for the Participant on a space-available basis.
9.2. Subject to any cancellation right conferred on the Participant by law that cannot be contracted out of, once registration has been approved and the place reserved, no refund shall be provided for cancellation, non-attendance, or withdrawal from participation by the Participant.
9.3. The foregoing shall also apply if the cancellation results from a personal reason, a change of plans, work constraints, lack of equipment, failure to have the required ammunition, failure to present a valid license, lateness, or any other reason attributable to the Participant.
9.4. In lieu of a refund, a request may be submitted for one of the following alternatives:
- postponement of participation to another date for an identical or similar Activity, subject to availability and the approval of Division Management;
- transfer of the place to a substitute Participant, subject to the prior approval of Division Management and the substitute Participant's compliance with all Activity requirements.
9.5. Postponement is not automatic and is subject to Management approval, space being available, and a suitable alternative session being offered.
9.6. Any credit granted for a postponement shall be personal, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be transferred, unless expressly approved by Management.
9.7. If the price of the Activity on the alternative date is higher, the Participant shall be required to pay the difference. If the price is lower, no refund shall be provided for the difference unless Management decides otherwise.
9.8. A request to substitute a Participant shall include the substitute Participant's full details and shall be submitted before the Activity begins. No substitute Participant may attend without Management's express approval.
9.9. Management may decline to approve a substitute Participant who does not meet the age, licensing, experience, fitness, or safety requirements.
9.10. Failure to attend an Activity without prior notice shall be deemed use of the reserved place and shall not entitle the Participant to a refund, credit, or postponement, unless Management approves otherwise in exceptional circumstances.
9.11. The granting of a postponement, credit, or exceptional approval in a particular case shall not require Management to act similarly in other cases.
9.12. In all cases, the provisions of this section shall not derogate from any cancellation or refund rights that may not be excluded under the Consumer Protection Law and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
## 10. Late Arrivals
10.1. The Participant is required to arrive at the time specified in the Activity announcement or confirmation notice.
10.2. It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the Activity begins for check-in, presentation of documents, a briefing, and equipment preparation.
10.3. A Participant who arrives late may miss the safety briefing and, if so, will not be permitted to participate in all or part of the Activity.
10.4. Late arrival does not entitle the Participant to an extension of the Activity, completion of missed content, a refund, or a credit.
10.5. The decision whether to permit a Participant who arrived late to join the Activity shall be at the discretion of the manager of the Shooting Range or the Instructor, based on safety and professional considerations.
## 11. Training Series and Courses
11.1. Registration for a training series, training program, or course includes the reservation of a place for all sessions scheduled as part of the applicable track.
11.2. Failure to attend one or more sessions does not entitle the Participant to a prorated refund.
11.3. A missed session may be made up only if space is available, another cycle is offered, and Management approves the make-up session.
11.4. There is no commitment to offer an alternative date or open another cycle.
11.5. Management may stipulate that progression to an advanced stage or receipt of a completion certificate is conditional upon attendance, fulfillment of the professional requirements, and completion of exercises or examinations.
11.6. A certificate of participation or completion, if issued, does not constitute a license or official certification, unless expressly stated otherwise.
## 12. Change or Cancellation of an Activity by the Division
12.1. Management may change the date of the Activity, the location of the Activity, the Shooting Range, the Instructor, the sequence of content, or the manner in which the Activity is conducted, due to professional, operational, or safety considerations or to circumstances beyond its control.
12.2. In the event of a non-material change, the Activity will be conducted in accordance with the updated details, and the Participant will have no automatic right to cancel.
12.3. If the Division cancels the Activity and no alternative date is scheduled, the Participant will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the canceled Activity.
12.4. If an alternative date is offered due to cancellation by the Division, the Participant may attend on the alternative date or receive a refund, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
12.5. The Division will not be liable for the Participant’s incidental expenses, such as travel, accommodation, parking, loss of a workday, or purchase of equipment, unless otherwise required by law.
## 13. Security Situation and Force Majeure
13.1. The Activity is subject to the directives of the Home Front Command, the Israel Police, the Firearms Licensing Division, the management of the Shooting Range, and any competent authority.
13.2. If an Activity cannot be conducted due to the security situation, a directive issued by an authority, closure of the Shooting Range, extreme weather, a material malfunction, or an event beyond the Division’s control, an alternative date will be scheduled where possible.
13.3. In such a case, the payment will be carried over to the alternative date, and any refund, if required, will be handled in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
## 14. Photography and Documentation
14.1. The Activity may be photographed or filmed for the purposes of documentation, instruction, publicity, and marketing of the Koach Hatzafon Community and the Division.
14.2. Photography or filming on the Shooting Range premises or during an exercise is prohibited without the approval of the Instructor or the manager of the Shooting Range.
14.3. A Participant who does not wish to appear in photographs or videos is requested to notify both Management in advance and the staff at the beginning of the Activity.
14.4. The Division will make reasonable efforts to honor the Participant’s request, subject to the nature of the Activity and the limitations inherent in group or general photographs or recordings.
14.5. A photograph or recording that includes a license, firearm number, personal document, or other sensitive information may not be published.
## 15. Participant Responsibility
15.1. Each Participant is responsible for their conduct, personal equipment, firearm in their possession, and safekeeping of their belongings.
15.2. The Participant undertakes to make lawful, responsible, and safe use of any knowledge or skill learned as part of the Activity.
15.3. The Division shall not be liable for any unlawful, unsafe, or unauthorized use by a Participant after the Activity.
15.4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions exempts the Division, the Shooting Range, or anyone acting on their behalf from liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
## 16. Removal from an Activity
16.1. Management may deny participation or remove a Participant for a violation of these Terms and Conditions, a safety violation, violent or abusive conduct, failure to comply with instructions, or concern for the safety of the Participants.
16.2. Removal due to the Participant’s conduct will not entitle the Participant to a refund, credit, or alternative date.
16.3. In the event of a serious violation, Management may prohibit the Participant from registering for additional Activities offered by the community.
## 17. Privacy and Communications
17.1. The details provided during registration will be used to manage the Activity, communicate with the Participant, verify licensing status, provide services, process payment, and send operational updates.

17.3. Marketing content will be sent subject to obtaining the requisite consent and to applicable law.
17.4. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent the sending of operational messages concerning an Activity for which the Participant has registered.
